From there, we assist with venue selection, manage vendor communication and contracts, create a custom planning timeline, and help develop your design theme.
Throughout the process, we offer ongoing check-ins, RSVP and guest list support, budget tracking, and overall event logistics. When the big day arrives, we are fully present to coordinate each moment, ensuring that your event runs seamlessly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a hands-on partner to bring your vision to life with care, detail, and dedication—this is the package for you.
Full Service Event Planning
Partial Planning
Our Partial Planning package is ideal for those who have already started planning their event but want a professional to step in and help refine the process. Whether you’ve already selected a venue or secured a few vendors, we’ll review what’s been done and help you build from there. We offer vendor recommendations for services you still need, assist with budget adjustments, and provide design consultations to ensure your event has a cohesive and intentional feel.
We’ll also create a final logistics plan, confirm all vendor arrangements, and guide you through final walkthroughs and rehearsal planning. As your event approaches, we step in fully to take the reins and manage coordination, ensuring your vision comes together beautifully without added stress. This package is a perfect blend of collaboration and support for clients who want guidance without starting from scratch.
Day-of Coordination
Day-Of Coordination is designed for clients who have already planned their event but need a professional to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. We step in about 4–6 weeks before your event to get familiar with all the details you’ve carefully put together.
From coordinating with vendors and creating your event timeline to managing your rehearsal and ensuring setup and breakdown go according to plan, we handle the behind-the-scenes logistics so you can be fully present. Our goal is to bring peace of mind, structure, and cultural intentionality to your celebration. With Rooted, you get to enjoy your day while we manage the rest.

À La Carte Services
Our À La Carte services are designed to offer flexibility for clients who may not need full or partial planning but still want expert support in specific areas of their event. Whether you need help finalizing your timeline, sourcing vendors, creating a seating chart, or managing a cultural tradition, these services allow you to choose exactly what you need; nothing more, nothing less.
These offerings are also available to clients who have already booked our Full Planning package but would like to add extra support. For example, if you’re planning a wedding with us and also want assistance organizing a separate traditional or cultural ceremony, that additional coordination can be added under our À La Carte services. Likewise, if you're not using our Full Planning package but still need help with one or two components, we’re happy to support you in those specific areas.
